Booking Overview
1. Check that the dates are still available and confirm prices. This can be done by email or by telephone.

2. If the dates you require are available, we will send you a copy of the booking form by email or by post. The booking form must be completed & returned by post or email and the relevant deposit transferred to our bank account. We will inform you of the bank details when the booking has been confirmed by email or by telephone.

 PRINT BOOKING FORM
Booking Information
All bookings are to be confirmed with a non refundable deposit of 20% payable with the booking form.
The balance must be paid within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. If it is not received by that
time then we reserve the right to re-let the property. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the rental period
then full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we make the following refunds:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks – 50% of the rate refunded.
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
Security deposit
A security deposit is also required and this must be received with the final payment.
We ask for £200. This will be returned to your bank account at the end of your stay less any damage.
Terms & Conditions
1 The maximum number to reside in the "Property" must not exceed the amount stated above unless the owner
has given written permission. All people staying in the property must be named on the booking form.
2. We regret that pets are not allowed in the property.
3. The house is a no smoking property.
4. The house must be left in a clean and tidy state. Although cleaning at the end of your stay is included
in the price, the owner reserves the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional
cleaning costs if the Client leaves the "Property" in an unacceptable condition. If required we can arrange
to do your end of stay clean for you. Our charge for this is £100.
5. Changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday. The cottage is available from 4pm on the
first day and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. If you are arriving early or later, please
let us know. We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our guests needs. Part weeks or weekend rates are also negotiable,
please feel free to contact us for further information.
